Returns Policy

Our return policy is for 5 days. If your product is reported as faulty after this period Buyer will not be able to avail The benefits of Refund or replacement.

If your product is within the 5 day period, please call us on 011-49039806 and we will send you a returns label via email for you to return your handset. We will arrange for reverse pickup if reverse pickup service is not available with your area pin code buyer has to send the product . he has to paste that emailed label on the product and he can send by any courier he has to share the tracking id with us so that we can track that parcel and will be able to proceed for Refund or replacement

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also come back in the original packaging with any accessories included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There may be occasions where a partial refund may be provided if your returned product does not meet these terms. These are evaluated on an order-by-order basis.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your Bank /home branch, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

we will arrange for pickup which will take 3-5 working days

if area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup  Customer has 10 days to send the product back to us .

Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to courier.

once we recive the product we take 2-3 days for product inspection .

Once the product inspection done we will proceed for refund process.

For credit card / debit card payment  we will process the full amount in same account by which we receive the payment.

order received by through net banking will be refund in the same account
Wallet payment refund will be in the same wallet account .
cash on delivery we deduct COD charges (WHICH WAS PAID AS A COD CHARGES) and rest of the amount will be transfer in the account we need bank account on the same name by which we receive the order if buyer has no account then he can share his family member bank account detail along with relation proof .
order recived by through net banking will be refund in the same account
For transfer the refund in credit card / debit card 7-10 working  days
for cod orders in bank account 4-5 working  days
for net banking in same account 2-3 working  days
for wallet payment transfer 1 Working day

  •         This is all the maximum time we will try to transfer the amount asap .

Sellmart Guarantee

Some of the Products we sell to you come with an Sellmart Shop guarantee or warranty.

This warranty covers hardware fault for 1 months unless otherwise stated. If you discover and issue with your product, please contact us on 011-49039806 to discuss in the first instance.

We will arrange for a reverse pickup (if available with your area Pin code ) and collect the product then we proceed for replacement / refund . In case reverse pickup service is not available with Buyer area pin code he has to send the product back to us and has to update with tracking detail once we recive the product we will proceed for replacement / refund . Extended warranties and insurance for the products may be available.

1. The product is broken, tempered or damaged.
2. The product is returned after the return date or the customer has not informed Sellmart about initiating the Exchange .
3. The order returned does not accompany all the accessories (including accessories) which were serviced along with the order.


You will be eligible to cancel the order online with us if your product is ready to ship . if the product has been shipped we will Forward the cancellation request to our logistic Team. This might take few days to stop delivering in case delivery attempts you can deny to receive the product if you receive the product cancelation request will be cancel .

IN case if your are cancelling the order without any reason we will deduct Rs 299 as a order cancellation charges .
